For more than a decade, my work took me across countries and cultures in international humanitarian service. I grew from junior roles into senior leadership, supporting communities in some of the world's most underserved places. It was meaningful work, and it was relentless: always the next goal, the next crisis, the next move. Along the way, I learned how easy it is to lead everyone except yourself.

 

Eventually I began a new chapter. I started over in a new country, went back to school, and stepped into the tech world just as AI began reshaping how we work.

 

Each of those transitions asked the same questions: Who am I now? What matters most? How do I move forward when nothing feels certain? Answering them changed how I lead, and how I live.

 

From those experiences came the 4Rs Self-Leadership Framework™: Reset, Reframe, Reclaim, Rise. It isn't theory. It's the path I walked myself, strengthened through ongoing training as a coach.

 

Today, through Aligned Leaders Academy, I help mission-driven professionals, emerging leaders, and people navigating change move from overwhelm to alignment, so they can lead their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
